It’s like candy (according to an engineering manager I met recently).

It’s oh so sweet.

It gives you all that delicious authority, self-expression, self-determination, and satisfaction!

For good reason, freedom is prized in many companies, and in our culture more generally.

Here’s a question: can you have too much of it? (bet no one has asked you that before!)
